We are seeking an Assembly Associate for our Franklin, PA facility.



1st SHIFT - (6:30AM - 2:30PM) M-F, some overtime will be required.



The Assembly Associate is skilled in a variety of production positions (i.e. sewing, marking, tacking, assembly, packaging, cutting) in order to fill in as needed to complete a variety of tasks within a production line in an efficient and productive manner.



Job Responsibilities:


Inspects product as needed.


May conduct training of other production employees.


May assist in production line enhancement studies and development of more efficient work processes and procedures.


Must maintain minimum production standards and continue to gain increased knowledge and efficiency of additional production positions.


May assist in other production lines as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED


6 months experience in a manufacturing facility using shop work orders and work instructions


6 months PC experience required



Additional Qualifications:


Good communication skills in a team


Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and on own initiative


Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours


Ability to follow written and verbal directions


Ability to perform moderate exertion and lift up to 25 lbs


Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written


Good manual dexterity and finger manipulation


Ability to grasp and fold products
