Northrop Grumman is seeking an Intelligence Analyst 1 in Dayton, OH. Position provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. The Intelligence Analyst extracts signals and signatures from raw data, integrates that information with other data sources, and compiles / disseminates formatted reports to internal and external customers. Primary responsibilities include the following: Utilizing IOTS/TMS to perform event data extractions of OPIR data. Performing Quality Control (QC) reviews on OPIR Data Extraction FEDs produced by team members. Provide direct support to NASIC sensor data characterization efforts via OPIR data collection and analysis. Test and implement new OPIR data extraction tools and processes. Perform preliminary event analysis on OPIR data in support of NASIC OPIR Event Analysis Teams. Research and author Sensor Data Characterization Technical Papers in support of NASIC and the Intelligence Community. Collect and report OPIR production metrics to the customer. Prepare and conduct demonstrations of OPIR data, extractions, and work processes. Accomplish security reviews of OPIR data products for dissemination to NASIC customers. Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: · BS degree in Science, Engineering or related field required with at least 0-2 years of MASINT data exploitation experience or 3 years of OPIR experience and the achievement of at least 90 credits towards a degree can satisfy degree requirement · Active TS/SCI clearance · Candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience working with classification handling and marking protocols · Must be willing to travel as needed to support mission requirements. This may require both domestic and international travel
· BS degree with 2 years of MASINT data exploitation experience · ArcGIS, IOTS, TMS, GAT, RET, Google Earth, CATS, Opticks, HAAPi, PDP Viewer, COMET, SIPRNet, NIPRNet and JWICS expertise is preferred · Experience at NASIC
