Business Systems Analyst 4 Job Details

Where Technology and Teamwork come together... Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) sector is seeking an Enterprise wide Applications Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH location. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's IT Support Services Program with the Defense Logistics Agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Acts as an Enterprise Business Systems Analyst, analyzes business requirements and write Detailed Functional Documentation. Analyzes proposed system change requests to determine the cost benefit, fesibility, and viability. Writes Functional Documentand Technical Documents and detailed system test plans. Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities. Facilitates user testing by providing direct support to the testing team during all phases of the project timeline. Prepares briefings, activity, and progress reports to communicate staus of planned activities to all levels of DLA management.

Basic Qualifications:

• DoD Secret Security Clearance with SSBI
• Bachelor's degree with 10 yrs related exp or 14 yrs related exp in lieu of degree
• 14 years systems analyst experience with DLA DoD business systems
• 10 years extensive enterprise wide business system analysis experience with DLA enterprise procurement systems
• 10 years liasion experience interfacing with analysts, programmers, and management at DLA Inventory Control Points
• Minimum of 5 years experience authoring detailed functional requirements documents, tech specifications, functional specifications
• Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Internet Bid Board (DIBBS) Subject Matter Expertise required
