Job Description: 

Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a CA IntroScope Developer/Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Austin, TX.

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Veterans Affairs AACES team

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform the duties of the subject matter expert on Introscope
• Customize Introscope to provide dashboards, monitoring and alerts for numerous applications (including Customer Experience Manager) in the production and pre-production environments.
• Clearly document and test Wily customizations
• Install and maintain Introscope Powerpacks
• Train development and performance testing staff on the use of Introscope to find the root cause of performance issues. Train Development staff on Root Cause Analysis based on data reported from Introscope. Train Helpdesk staff and ITS staff on the use of Introscope to pinpoint production issues.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Nine years experience in the instrumentation, performance tuning, and problem diagnosis of J2EE applications
• Five years of Java development
• Five years of PERL scripting
• Five years experience in adminstration/architectures of CA Wily Introscope and Customer Experience Manager
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• demonstrated ability to use PERL scripting with Introscope’s Environment Performance Agent to monitor non-Java subsystems
• Strong knowledge of Java development and Java applications in a WebLogic environment
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
