Job Description:	Designs, models, documents, and guides the logical and conceptual relationship of data and database changes for complex applications. Analyzes needs and requirements of existing and proposed systems, and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications. May create standards and/or do modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: At least five (5) years in software development/engineering, including software specification, design, implementation, test, and documentation; At least three (3) years in developing relational database software and experience with one or more relational database products; Knowledge and experience with Procedural Language (PL/SQL).
