Requirements Analyst 3 Job Details

Transforming the future of technology. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's NEXSYS program. Interfaces between systems analysts/programmers and users located in a specialized area to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users within an organization. Documents product/service requirements, user interface requirements, and develops use case scenarios to ensure user requests are carried out. Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities without necessarily the ability to program. Must be professional, outgoing and able to interact with everyday users up to senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Candidate will take existing specifications and develop them into user requirements.
• Develop and update design specifications, requirements documents and requirements traceability matrixes.
• Will attend community outreach meetings to gather new requirements.
• Ability to translate data partner needs into testable requirements.
• Must be able to articulate customer/user concerns and issues clearly through meeting minutes and assign action items.
• Must have strong written and oral communications skills, work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of related experience may be traded for degree requirement.
• Must have experience in the identification and documentation of user requirements.
• Working knowledge with requisite pro is required.
• Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with the intelligence communities mission needs and priorities is desirable.
