Job Description: 

This position will report to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Information Systems Sector with a dotted line to the Vice President and General Manager of the Civil Systems Division. The Division Director of Business Management will be responsible for all business management functions and deliverables for this $2B division. The successful candidate must have proven business management experience in a large organization to include bid/cost strategy, investment analysis, financial planning, project planning and control, and overhead rate management. Responsibilities include: working directly with the division VP on strategy (investments, bid/cost, deployment of indirect budgets, etc), preparation of internal/external financial reports (short and long term financial plans, Indicated Finals, EACs/ETCs), indirect rate management, contracts/subcontracts administration, continuous process improvement, charging practice determinations, and approval authority to include the submission of proposals and other responsibilities, as required. The candidate must also have experience with pricing and proposal development and will ensure compliance with all NG policies, internal controls and disclosed practices. This person will lead the division business management team of finance, contracts/subcontracts and program control professionals and will be responsible for related staffing, performance management and professional development activities as required. Working closely with the division VPGM and division senior management, the Division Director of Business Management will assist in determining financial metrics for all programs, measure/monitor performance against those metrics and manage all related reporting requirements.


Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 15 years applicable experience; with 8 years of management. Must have experience handling large, complex programs with multiple competing priorities.
Extensive knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles.
Experience with the highest levels of financial analysis. Must be able to plan and carry out complex strategic projects and analysis.
Must be able to resolve complex and strategic contracts and pricing issues.
Must be familiar with EVM practices and reporting.
Proven professional, leadership, and managerial skills.
Must be able to advise and interact with the highest levels of management.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred.
