| Job Description: |
Junior level mechanical engineer supporting senior engineers in the design and integration of Tactical Operation Centers (TOCs). Primary roles will be drawing creation/modification, evaluation of engineering models and drawings for completeness (design, adherence to all documentation requirements, proper dimensioning techniques), fit checks and tolerance analyses to insure items can be fabricated as designed. Tasks may also include safety engineering analyses and assessments.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Experience in the following areas is required: · Computer aided design experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or other CAD packages · Ability to obtain a security clearance · 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field · Must be a self starter, able to operate with little direction · Must have good verbal and written communication skills · Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field · Must be a US citizen
