HR Project Management Job Details

The Integrated Logistics and Modernization Division (ILMD) has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Project Management Business Partner. The position is supports the ILMD HR Director. The position will be responsible for the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, HR project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with HR project managers, HR Business Partners and internal HR clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have six years progressive experience running projects and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Government Contracting preferred. Preferred five year of Human Resources Business Partner experience as well as intermediate to expert knowledge of Access, Powerpoint, Excel and sharepoint.
