Individual serves as a MILDEC Planner in the J-39 (Information Operations), Operations Division for the customer. Responsibilities include: In-depth life-cycle operational and security analysis to identify critical program information and vulnerabilities in order to develop and implement a solid risk management based program protection plan and strategy to ensure long term operational life of programs. Support of plans by assisting in the development and implementation of enhanced operations security techniques as countermeasures and other related MILDEC support as required. Must have a solid understanding of JOPES or service equivelant. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: · Posses a Bachelors of Science/Arts from and accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years experience or 9 years in lieu of degree · Willing to deploy into combat areas or in support of contingency or training operations Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance to be considered.
· Recent experience working OEF/ OIF/ GWOT operations · Eight (8) years experience in increasingly responsible positions in one (1) or more military, academic or defense industry functional area · Graduate of a Service or Joint Military Deception Planners Course · Experience working with one or more of the following: Joint/ Coalition/ SOF integration and de-confliction issues; Network Warfare Operations; Counterinsurgency; Irregular Warfare; Special Access Programs; Special Technical Operations; C-IED; Counterterrorism.
