Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington DC. Where will you find innovation and technology? Right here at Northrop Grumman Corporation. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Process Solutions Group working on the Department of Treasury HR Connect program. We are looking for talented individuals who can perform as PeopleSoft functional analysts for two large deployments of Treasury's HR Connect suite of applications, which is based on the PeopleSoft HRMS product. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining visibility with the customer, consistently delivering timely, high quality products and services on current and/or new task orders/contracts, and working effectively with our employees, subcontractors, and the Treasury staff in a diverse team environment. Work is onsite at 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Other responsibilities include: - Work with developers on design of custom solutions - Gathering requirements through personal research, interviews, analysis of supporting documentation and business process descriptions, use cases, and interviews - Decomposing high-level business and user-defined requirements into system functional requirements and design documents - Defining quality attributes, interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements - Completing requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirements statements are complete, consistent, traceable, unambiguous, feasible and verifiable - Participating with team members in prioritization of identified requirements - Participating in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents · Managing requirements traceability information and tracking the status of requirements throughout the stages of implementation · Developing effective testing plans and scripts, as well as defining expected results for all tests · Performing and supporting Functional Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing · Providing post go-live support Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (yrs of exp will be accepted in lieu of degree) · Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft technology · Minimum of 5 years of experience gathering requirements · Strong PeopleSoft Functional skills with direct expertise in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules and experience in PeopleSoft setup and configuration · Exp with Requirements Gathering, Fit/Gap Analysis, and preparation of Functional Design Documents · Recent practical experience in PeopleSoft is required · Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities · Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation · Must be a US Citizen Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with implementing enabling enterprise technology to support Federal human capital management processes
