Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Product Trainer 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Fairmont, WV. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's DoD ABIS Contract working with a team of biometric experts to support one of DoD's leading biometric programs. Roles and Responsibilities: · Researching, compiling, and summarizing a variety of informational and statistical materials as related to classroom instruction and train the trainer evaluations. · Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in managing sensitive documentation as related to curriculum instruction, curriculum development and curriculum implementation. · Coordinating the development of training aids, along with Conducting training sessions and developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: • This position requires candidates to be US Citizens who are eligible to obtain an Interim Secret DoD security clearance (pass an extensive background investigation) prior to being hired. A final secret clearance is required in order to maintain continued employment. • BA or BS Degree or equivalent plus 6 years working with training • Excellent writing skills • Candidate must have experience obtaining information needed to prepare in-house training programs; preparing training materials; developing course content and determining training methodology • Candidate should be highly proficient in using MS Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Experience using MS Visio and Project • Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration if they meet all the basic qualifications: • Experience obtaining information needed to prepare in-house training programs; preparing training materials; developing course content; determining methodology • Experience with military or corporate training • Ability to communicate effectively with management and teammates • Experience with biometrics systems • Experience or coursework in IT, Software Development or Biometrics • Experience in developing and supporting storyboards, outlines and Learning objectives • Knowledge with TRADOC is a plus but not required • Position prefers a candidate with a current Secret Clearance Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company whose 75,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems and technical services to government and commercial customers worldwide.
