Oversees and manages operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Program Manager, Production Control, Material, Mission assurance, DCMA, supervisors and shipping/receiving. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provide program/item status to Government Item Managers, Production Managers, and Program Managers as required or as needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports and forecasts. Develops mechanisms for monitoring program and project progress and for intervention and problem solving with functional managers and customers. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Specific job tasks: Monitors repairable receipts to and from customer. Track inductions, repairs and shipments as required IAW contracts. Develop/update job order charge structure with assigned serial numbers. Created and update intermitted and master schedule as required by PMO. Processes completed items for shipment. Submit monthly and quarterly CDRL data as required by contract. Input/update CAVII with receipts, inductions and shipments and reconciles CAVII reports with internal reports. Tracks status of Product Qualitity Deficiency Reports and Shipping Damage ReportsTracks and monitors turn around time by asset, analyzes trends and maintains databases. Monitor material status and usage rates. Update material models as required. Candidate must be a self starter and Candidate must possess strong communication skills. Some travel is required. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Candidate must have strong operational leadership skills. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively both externally and internally. Hands-on MS Office product experience. Must have or able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
