Vitria Support Specialist - Health IT Job Details

Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Vitria Support Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Austin, Texas.

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's AACES Program team, in support of the Dept of Veterans Affairs Austin Information Technology Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, and develop VIE applications using BusinessWare.
• Load VIE releases and patches upgrade versions of BusinessWare.
• Review VIE performance for VIE processes and provide and implement recommendations for improved performance. Use and support system monitoring tools.
• Resolve issues with BusinessWare servers and inform Project Manager of potential risks and application issues.
• Develop scripts in Perl, Jython, Python and/or ANT scripting to automate and monitor Vitria routine tasks..

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• High School Diploma and 13 years of overall experience, a combination of education and experience will be accepted.
• Three years Vitria BusinessWare Interface Engine (VIE) expertise
• Five years scripting experience in Perl, Jython, and or Python
• Two years JAVA experience
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
