Job Description: 

Leadership position in newly created Application and Hosting incubation center responsible for Tier 2 support. This position will be responsible for Unified Communications support with potential to add additional scope based on new product launching in the future. This position requires daily operational support in addition to long-term strategic planning. Incubation Center provides 24x7 customer support.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities for this position include day-to-day operational management of the center, large direct team of subordinates, metric reviews, customer escalations, and strong partnership with Vendors and Product Marketing. The success of the center will be measured by our ability to drive a One-ATT experience for our customers, ability to onboard new products, and ensure systems, tools, and personnel are aligned for future success.


Qualifications

Required

· 3-5 years of leadership experience

· Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)

· Analytical

· Team Building

· Problem Solving

· Goal Oriented

· Project Management


Desired

Bachelor of Science in Business, Telecommunication, or Information Technology discipline


Supervisory - Yes

Required Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years experience managing in a technical support or care center operation

  • Previous experience managing direct reports

  • Excellent leadership skills


  • Strong verbal, presentation, communication and analytical skills



  • Ability to work with all levels of management



  • Strong negotiation skills



  • A passion for best-in-class customer experience




Desired Qualifications:


  • 3 years of relatable call center experience in the Security/Monitoring Industry

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field

  • Experience managing a newly established call center
