This position will be responsible for:


  • Executing HR strategies in support of business STRAP and AOP objectives

  • Anticipating HR issues, concerns and needs based on business strategies and internal/external environmental and competitive factors.

  • Developing a high level of business acumen and partnering with management to drive/manage change.

  • Acting as the primary consultant to management for employee relations and performance management issues while leveraging knowledge of employment law.

  • Helping to identify and retain key talent.

  • Conducting organizational assessments and working with functional leadership to upgrade talent as needed.

  • Increasing employee engagement by driving available learning and development programs, fostering positive employee relations and providing leadership coaching.

  • Providing analytical support, including compensation analysis

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, Organizational Development or related field

  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources


Additional Qualifications:


  • Master's degree preferred

  • Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple sites

  • Experience in company acquisitions is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective facilitation, coaching, counseling and consulting skills

  • Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems

  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or environments
