We are hiring an Electrical Testing Specialist-Third Shift for our facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This third shift position is from 10:30 PM to 7 AM.



Job Duties:



  • Understand all applicable ASTM testing requirements.

  • Able to operate all testing equipment, including: test machines, test tables, and water reservoirs.

  • Able to set-up all testing scenarios such as sponge, plate electrodes, fixtures, water/chain electrodes.

  • Document all testing results.

  • Punch, trim, ink stamp, brand, and pack as necessary.

  • Keep all testing equipment clean and organized / maintain electrodes.

  • Other duties as assigned Supervisor and/or Team Lead.

  • Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Basic Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED.

Additional Qualifications:



  • Ability to read manufacturing specifications and drawings.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Excellent performance and attendance record.

  • Fast learner.

  • Ability to be cross trained in all production equipment.

  • Basic computer skills are a plus.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
