Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Execute work assignments related to corrective, preventative and predictive equipment maintenance.

  • Testing, calibrations, installations and improvements on a wide variety of automated and non-automated equipment involving mechanical and electrical systems in support of all of our manufacturing (molding, coating, assembly, warehouse.) and facilities operations.

  • Work from prescribed verbal and written schedules, technical specifications, technical drawings, operating procedures and instructions.

  • Respond to service requests quickly and efficiently to reduce downtime, reporting root cause and corrective action and recommended solutions to prevent future recurring failures.

  • Comply with all of our HSE maintenance technician training requirements and be capable of using and meeting all plant and OSHA requirements as required to perform job functions.

  • Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as well as respond to off-shift emergencies as required.

  • Support and be engaged in all activities, procedures and policies of our maintenance and facilities operations as required.

  • Support and be an active participant in our key metrics: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost and Continuous Improvement.

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have a RI Electrical Journeyman's license.

  • 5 years experience as an industrial electrician.

  • Must have Knowledge and experience in automated electrical and pneumatics control systems, including instrumentation and PLC's.



Additional Qualifications:


  • Multi skilled industrial maintenance trades experience a plus.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk and stand for extended periods of time.
