THIS IS A PART TIME TEMPORARY ON CALL POSITION WITH NO BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. Air, land and sea, our Honeywell logistics team of 3,300 dedicated individuals are defining 21st century Logistics. Position Description: This contract will provide services that will support the operation of the Individual Issue Facility (IIF) network for Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE), individual Field Protective Masks (FPMs), limited Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP) equipment, designated Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defense (CBRND) Equipment and enterprise-wide asset visibility of the equipment being managed. The purpose of the CSP IIF is to provide support (e.g., issue, recover, storage, maintenance, management, inventory visibility, accountability, automated shelf-life management, forecasting, etc.) for the Marine Corps families of ICE; CBRND; and STAP equipment. Responsible for managing all activities, including technical performance, financial profit/loss, and management of human resources, of a relatively complex program or programs, under the terms and conditions of the contract(s) to effect optimum profit and customer satisfaction. Is the sole position identified as responsible for a specified contract. May manage multiple programs through subordinate program managers. May be a deputy program manager, division manager or department manager of a larger program. May be responsible for programs of lesser value if they are more complex or developmental in nature. Directly accountable for profit and loss, obtaining add-on business and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth. Manages/directs proposal efforts for program growth or new opportunities. Oversees the completion of all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Serves as the primary customer interface to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Plans, directs and monitors program budget. Oversees budget and schedules prepared by subordinate staff. Responsible for the management, integration and coordination of work groups and/or units of similar or diverse functions. Establishes and maintains systems to ensure quality of services. Acts as an advisor to subordinate staff members to help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Integrates overall goals and objectives across multiple functions. Implements and maintains corporate initiatives, establishes and maintains quality systems and instills values and ethics. Recruits and hires employees. Supervises direct reports. Establishes individual performance goals. Reviews performance against goals. Plans, approves and implements actions for the timely development and progress of individuals. Plans and grants salary increases as appropriate. Manages discipline and documentation steps in problem employee situations. Manages dismissals. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field, and at least 8 years of program related experience and prior management experience, or 16 years related experience of progressively increasing responsibility. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail. Must be a U.S. Citizen Additional Qualifications: Candidate preferably will possess military experience as a Marine Lieutenant Colonel or higher. Requires 25-50% travel.
