An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Mechanical Engineer II within the Design & Analysis Group of UOP’s Mechanical & Materials Engineering Skill Center located in Des Plaines, IL. This Group is part of the engineering department within UOP’s Process Technology & Equipment (PT&E) business. Engineer will perform engineering calculations on multiple technologies and have opportunities have opportunities to support Equipment department, R&D development, troubleshooting, and detailed design projects. Engineer will also have opportunities to take on coordination roles to develop specialized knowledge by assisting technology coordinators and Specialists by participating in the maintenance and development of infrastructure, troubleshooting, and improvements for individual equipment or group of equipment within a technology area.
