Key requirements of this position are the ability to understand system functionality and content to fully articulate to end user in both training content and documentation. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast changing environment. Contributing to the development of process and system user guide and training requirements definition, identifying training requirements, delivering training and contributing to a broad range of process team initiatives. In addition to documenting system user documentation, the position also designs and develops instructor-led and web-based training in support of newly identified opportunities within the client organization. Other duties include conducting needs analysis and other research to identify and validate training needs, making recommendations on training designs based on customer requirements, developing content and first level project management.
