The PeopleSoft Application Functional Specialist (AFS) is the Tactical Client Advocate responsible for overseeing and managing the capture and resolution of production related issues or requests. Manages troubleshooting efforts, changes and client communication for cases opened against his/her portfolio of Clients. Acts as a client advocate within AT&T Hosting & Application Services to ensure the highest quality of service and rapid response to issues. Proven functional resource that has minimum 5 years PeopleSoft Financials functional experience with a strong knowledge of PeopleSoft's HCM Suite Version 8 and above with in-depth knowledge of Payroll for North America, Benefits Administration, and Human Resources. Other product knowledge with Payroll Interface, Talent Acquisition Management and ELM is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and be capable of delivering exceptional customer services. Some project management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is required. Must be a team player - able to work with different teams that have different skill sets and drive the issue to completion with them when working product issues. Must possess strong understanding of PeopleSoft's technology and PIA architecture. The target locations for this position are Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Saint Louis, MO.
