Provides critical leadership to large cross-functional post sale projects within the Business Markets Group. Working with key stakeholders, direct and manage projects using standard project management practices to ensure timely and cost effective solutions to business needs. Utilize all phases of the Project Manager body of knowledge and be responsible for project plan development, scope of work development, communications plans, risk assessment and mitigation planning, budget development and control, issue management, contract management and project closeout. Communicate openly and execute programs by building alignment across functional organizations to successfully implement Enterprise Wi-Fi network infrastructure projects, advanced voice solutions, and RF coverage projects. Participate in development of wireless data ROI success criteria for Enterprise level customers, manage project quality control, and assess ROI achievement. Manage wireless data project activities from pilot/trial stage to full deployment. Coordinate efforts of all groups during project implementation. Schedule development, monitoring and change control. Track, support and report on completion of major milestones or tasks. Resolve conflict and issues as they may arise. Formulate and execute implementation plans to achieve desired customer results. Perform the primary role of single point of contact for the project team during pilot/trial and deployment stage. Must be a self-motivator and have solid, demonstrable communication skills.
