Professional Mobility Applications Developer Job Details

Responsibilities:

. Create engaging, usable, and effective visual design solutions for mobile and web applications on your own and through collaboration with peers to achieve business goals
. Generate multiple concepts that fulfill project requirements, articulate the relative merits of each concept, and make recommendations for which would best meet the project goals
. Designing storyboards, wireframes, interactive page layouts, site grids and interface demos, photo retouching and enhancements
. Approach all projects with a focus on communication hierarchy using layout, color, typography, proportion, iconography, photography, motion/rich media and brand
. Foster strong sense of team with fellow designers through solicitation of feedback and constructive contribution to review sessions
. Utilize industry best practices and design standards to define and implement design criteria, guidelines, and specs that effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
. Use initiative, creativity, collaboration, and innovation to drive more effective design and process ideas to fruition

Professional Qualifications:
. Visual design experience and related degree (mobile design big plus)
. Creative and pragmatic problem solver
. Professional, team player with strong interpersonal skills
. Well-rounded understanding of usability best practices
. Ability to solicit and incorporate diverse perspectives
. Creativity with an eye towards detail and perfection of visual design
. Ability to switch easily between different projects, and flexibility to handle a rapidly changing environment while delivering high quality results
. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office
. Understanding of and the strengths and limitations of Flash, Ajax, Flex, and other emerging platforms
. Ability to learn new technology quickly, from core applications being developed to new design tools, new platforms, and new devices
. Familiarity with web technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions including HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and Flash a plus
. Understanding of interactivity and the Web and the fundamentals of information architecture
. A portfolio, available for viewing, showing great sense of design, creativity, and good communication skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5 or more years experience with design, engineering, configuration, integration and support of Application development

· Experience with IOS, Windows Mobile, Android

· Technical Bachelor's Degree

· Advanced Degree is a plus
