Job Description: 
AT&T Advanced Ad Solutions is rapidly growing in expectation of becoming AT&T’s next billion dollar business. We are looking for industry veterans who revel in the prospect of building a better approach to advertising sales that utilizes the inherent strengths of the world’s largest telecommunications company. AT&T Advanced Ad Solutions is the face to the market for AT&T’s newest ad products across IPTV, Mobile, and Internet.


Within the Sales and Business Operations group, we are seeking to fill a high profile and critical position. The Account Manager – IPTV Client Services manages campaign maintenance, media planning, account creation, client research, lead generation, sales recommendations, system management, generation of reports, and sales analysis within our television organization. This position will regularly interface with clients, billing, and traffic to assist in campaign creation, manage campaigns, respond to and resolve customer inquiries. Extensive client interaction and relationship building is required to ensure client retention and maximization of growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:



  • Create media plans, sponsorship packages, rating analysis and revenue reports

  • Customize marketing decks (PowerPoint) to build proposals for the U-verse Interactive Channel.

  • Responsible for assisting with vendor clients, order entry, suggestive selling of cross platform products, campaign maintenance, Pilat system maintenance, and lead generation and support for the sales team

  • Input and process IPTV orders for General Marketplace Clients

  • Regularly interface with clients to monitor orders, provide campaign maintenance, answer billing questions, update sales reporting, maintain customer data, and enhance sales growth

  • Interface with traffic department to assure proper coordination of campaigns

  • Monitor and make recommendations on process, system, or order enhancements as needed

  • Provide weekly post log reports and investigate any client concerns regarding campaign optimization

· Comply with ad guidelines and legal terms and conditions as applicable by interfacing with legal, marketing, and client services

· Responsible for being aware of all updates to pricing, content guidelines, and other policies

· Coordinate approvals and management of special projects with Associate Director related to special requests

· Build & maintain relationship with external partners and internal teams in an effort to increase revenue and potentially grow cross platform sales opportunities

Required Skills

· Bachelors Degree or 1-3 years equivalent sales planning experience

· Candidate must have strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail


Desired Skills

· Previous media planning background a plus

· Previous experience interfacing with sales managers
