Job Description: 

Responsible for materials and inventory management function that may include any of the following but not limited to:


Order placement, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping and supplier performance. This position may also


include coordinating the collection and delivery of company supplies and media. Establishes goals and maintains records


to measure productivity, quality safety and attendance. Utilizes a variety of mechanized systems to provide balance


accuracy, create efficiencies in report data, track cost and maintain budget analysis. Ensures security and accountability


of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification and system review. May audit


incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of


data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for


obtaining solutions.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Performs a variety of advanced departmental support functions. Applies advanced skills to resolve problems and


questions with minimal supervision. May interact with internal and external customers. May serve as a resource to


others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. May work on special projects requiring research and analysis.


Performs other related duties.


GENERAL DUTIES


The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but


are not limited to the following:


GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:


1. Interacts with customer via phone, face to face or online to determine needs and service requirements.


2. Responsible for all aspects of customer service and support for high profile accounts i.e. delivery of equipment


activations and billing.


3. Researches and provides industry information to accounts to enable them to make informed decisions.


4. Uses computer terminal and company operating systems to establish billing and features for client and respond to


inquiries. May use a computer terminal in a mobile environment.


5. Position may be assigned sales goals.


6. Produces and distributes inventory reports.


7. Provides analysis and input regarding customer returns.


8. Interfaces with management, distribution centers and ROC to resolve order, return and inventory issues.


9. May interface with management relative to inventory issues, scheduling and/or training.


10.May perform temporary site set up for Continues Wave testing including use of mobile latis tower set up, Broadcast


Van, vendor equipment which exceeds heights of 90 feet, site surveys, troubleshooting of equipment/software.


11.May be responsible for fleet maintenance of drive test vehicles.


12.Processes invoices.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PARTICULAR JOB:


1. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.


2. Gathers data from appropriate sources, reviews and makes recommendations to client or management.


3. Coordinates or provides on-site client training.


4. Negotiates rates with other carriers to ensure best possible rates and service.


5. Responsible for various building maintenance duties and up keep.


6. Responsible for managing maintenance and expansion inventory at market stocking points.


7. Develops and places orders, receives equipment, performs inventory management for various locations.


8. Map orientation/navigation.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds may be required.


• Ability to climb ladders may be required- no fear of heights.


• Ability to transport equipment from ground level to rooftop may be required.


• Ability to remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time may be required.

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:


• Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required.


• High School education or equivalent.


• One (1) year customer service experience or minimum one (1) year on title of Coordinator 1.


• May be required to travel out-of-town up to and/or exceed 2-3 consecutive days
