Job Description: 
AT&T Ad Works is rapidly growing in expectation of becoming AT&T's next billion dollar business. We are looking for strong industry veterans who revel in the prospect of building a better approach to advertising sales that utilizes the inherent strengths of the world's largest telecommunications company. AT&T Ad Works is the face to the market for AT&T's newest ad products across IPTV, Mobile, and Internet.



The Director, Digital Product Marketing will play a key role in bringing to market innovative advertising products across AT&T’s mobile and online platforms. This individual will be responsible for pricing, packaging, and positioning the products to come out of the Product Development Team, transforming A&T AdWorks into a multi-billion dollar media solutions provider.


The individual must be a top notch communicator with fine detail orientation and organization skills. Team building and problem solving skills are critical, as is a thorough understanding of the digital media industry.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market

  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

  • Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, while also being effective within the matrix structure of a Fortune 100 environment. This individual will have a history of being an impact player and is comfortable taking personal ownership in the performance of his/her projects. Experience in wireless, digital and media are required.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 7-10 years of professional experience in product marketing. Outstanding presentation and communication skills via written and verbal delivery. Strong attention to details. Significant experience in managing cross-functional efforts and ability to succeed in cross functional team environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent PC skills with a focus on MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Conversant in mobile services and Web 2.0 media.
