This position is for a Sales Account Manager for the Premier Client Group. This is a sales management compensated position responsible for revenue growth in a technically sophisticated customer module. The SAM is responsible for establishing a four lever account management and sales plan and then executing on that plan. Tasks can include the following: · Reviewing, proposing and renewing customer contracts for AT&T lines of business; including wireline and mobility products. · Identifying sales opportunities and securing sales revenue lift that can contribute to the customer's commitment during the contracting event Identifying antiquated customer networks and migrating customers to AT&T sophisticated IP suite of products · Application selling · Active A/R management and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role is critical to customer satisfaction and is required to orchestrate between multiple departments to ensure a total end-to-end solution is developed for a customer to solve a particular customer issue. This position is in a paired model. Typically reports to a second level manager.
