Relocation is available for this position, located in Urbana, OH the candidate reports to the America Electronics Service Centers (AESC) R&O Site Leader. The Urbana ISC Supervisor is ultimately responsible for monitoring, assisting, and improving all aspects of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery. The position has the responsibility to identify opportunities and provide leadership to make a competitive advantage for the Urbana Service Center Responsibilities will include: •Supervising and providing direction to technicians in day-to-day operations. •Making decisions and recommendations that have substantial impact on business objectives such as: ensuring Safety throughout the teams, eliminating, preventing, and developing countermeasures for all Quality issues, and ensuring daily output goals are met. •Impress upon the team a sense of urgency to reach the team goals •Effectively managing conflict in the work place •Providing regular feedback, coaching, and development plans for each team member •Evaluating performance against established goals and objectives for results and behaviors •Develop and execute action plans •Ensure positive employee relations through effective communication and performance management •The candidate must be a decision maker, ready to have substantial impact on functional objectives including customer requirements, finances, and schedules. •Candidate will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of process related strategies, follow established procedures and analyze risks. •Drive Continuous Improvement implementation by coaching and mentoring the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or four years of leadership experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
