Executive Administrative Assistant United Components, Inc. (UCI) was acquired by Rank Group in July 2011. This was followed by the Rank acquisition of the Honeywell CPG division in July, 2011. These two groups have been combined to form the UCI-FRAM Group. A Corporate Tax Department is being developed for this new organization. One of the key new roles in the Department will be the Federal Tax Manager. This position consists of a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties in support of the Senior Staff of the UCI and FRAM group based in Lake Forest, IL. The Executive Administrative Assistant will: · Work multiple priority activities concurrently. · Provides effective telephone coverage, making decisions quickly and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. · Acts as a respected focal point for the organization and disseminates information to all levels of management as well as associates and various outside and corporate contacts to accomplish required tasks. · Coordinate large group meetings/board meetings which includes developing agendas, making arrangements for meeting rooms, equipment, refreshments and assisting with hotel, travel and dinner arrangements. · Requires a high degree of tact and diplomacy, initiative, accuracy, discretion, personal judgment, flexibility and professionalism. Basic Qualifications: · Position requires a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in increasing responsible roles. · High School diploma required · 5 years experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Additional Qualifications: · Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. · Executive level support preferred. · Must have excellent typing skills and be proficient in utilizing the Internet · Must be skilled in composing written correspondence and preparing presentations for top management. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and organizational/planning skills. · Must have experience in an environment dealing with external customers, managers, employees and executives across the multiple teams, sites and organizations - often in stressful times and in sensitive situations. · Must be committed to tasks and able to identify and solve a variety of problems of broad scope and complexity. · Must be assertive, capable of leading others effectively and able/willing to work flexible hours. · Must act with integrity in all business transactions, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of establishing strong internal/external relationships. · Must be capable of interacting with an international team. · Must be capable of handling complex domestic and international travel arrangements. · Must be capable of handling a variety of administrative roles. · Must be a team player with all employees across the organization and with peers on the Danbury administrative support team. · Must be results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
