Human Resources Manager - Geismar, Fluorine Products: This Human Resources Manager position provides HR support and leadership to the Geismar Louisiana Fluorine Products manufacturing facility. HR responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and hiring/selection. The client group includes 275 employees at this non-union site. The HRM position is a key member of the site leadership team and reports directly to the Human Resources Director, Fluorine Products Integrated Supply Chain. Essential duties and responsibilities:
