Job Description:  Individual will be responsible for fabricating crystals per specification and production schedule. Must have mechanical ability and detailed oriented. Operator will be responsible for all aspects of fabrication, including cleaning and inspecting crystal substrates. Individual will be required to follow technical work instructions and understand engineering blueprints. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining tooling and a clean and organized work area. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Candidate must be shift flexible. Visual acuity and manual dexterity skills are required. Ability to use specialized equipment, read detailed instructions, prints and maintain written records also required. Must be able to communicate in a technical environment both verbally and written. HS diploma required or equivalent. As degree preferred. Hazardous Materials Used on the Job: acetone, xylene, epoxy, UV cement & latex
