Join our winning team……….Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Program Manager to lead our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's team to support one of our IRS technology processing customer portfolio of business. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree, minimum of 10 years of management experience; or 14 yrs experience without a BA or BS degree. • Prior or current experience with the Internal Revenue Systems (IRS) and supporting IT systems • Experience running a major program or multiple programs • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate employees • Ability to grow programs and interface with customers • Ability to clear an IRS minimum background investigation (MBI) Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: • Experience running civilian agency programs • Experience managing FFP, T&M and CPFF contracts • Experience in IRS tax processing hardware and software operations and maintenance Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company whose 75,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems and technical services to government and commercial customers worldwide.
