Honeywell HPS is seeking candidates for the role of Senior Human Resource Generalist to cover the United States southern geography for the ACS Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business unit. The client group is composed of approximately 550 employees located across a 5-state area.

You will be responsible for the providing strategic HR support - through HR excellence and organizational effectiveness - as well as the execution of the regional or functional strategies as a result you must be able to travel to the various different sites. It is expected you will travel up to 25% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

2 or more years of progressive human resource experience




Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in human resources, strongly preferred

Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills

2 years of Generalist experience supporting a client group

Ability to partner with the management staff at all levels, across all functions

Ability to manage human resources execution at the local level, as well as project manage initiatives across the greater organization

Ability to team with other regional and functional human resources staff globally
