Avon, the company for women, is a leading global beauty company, with over $10 billion in annual revenue. As the world's largest direct seller, Avon markets to women in more than 100 countries through over 5.5 million independent Avon Sales Representatives. Avon's product line includes beauty products, fashion jewelry and apparel, and features such well-recognized brand names as Avon Color, Anew, Skin-So-Soft, Advance Techniques, Avon Naturals and Mark. Service Model Transformation is the largest and most important transformation our organization has undertaken over the last 50 years and will radically transform our entire end-to-end order management process. The objective of the transformation is to re-engineer Avon's order management processes and systems across markets worldwide to enable our innovation and growth agenda. It will support a wide range of critical business processes such as Campaign Management, Order Capture, Order Fulfillment, Field Management and Finance. By creating a common platform built on global best practices, this journey will result in process standardization, improved efficiency, greater flexibility and best-in-class service for our Representatives. Since May 2010, the team has led the development of the vision for the Representative experience of the future. Using this vision as a foundation, the team defined the Global Core Service Model capabilities, processes, and system requirements and received Executive sign off on our business process design in May of 2011. Avon will be leveraging ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0 including the Customer Interaction Center. ECC will be the cornerstone of the order to cash process for Avon's new Global Core Service Model, along with Vistex for Pricing and Promotions. We will be piloting our solution in Canada in late 2012 prior to rolling out to our top 5 markets Brazil, US, Mexico, UK and Russia over the next 4 years. The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities for the BPI work-stream. Key elements of the role are to support tracking and follow through to ensure key BPI deliverables are achieved on schedule. The role will also involve ad hoc analysis in order to drive impactful improvements across the SMT workstreams. These activities will be undertaken throughout the development lifecycle ie design/build/test/cutover. Once the Global Core Model (GCM) design is complete, this role will help the BPI team maintain the integrity of the core model throughout the implementation phase as well as support future releases and country requested enhancements.
