Position Description: Mission and functions are under the direction of the Fleet manager . Coordinates drivers training and planning ICW with all/other operational and support elements. Conducts and coordinates using internal assets serviceability and responsible for equipment readiness status, equipment status reporting, requisitioning and dispatching . Analyzes statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standard and directives, and efficiency of operations. Provides technical guidance on the management of Drivers and PMCS. Inspects completed work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinates supporting activities. Reviews and annotates changes to material condition status report. Possess the ability to identify HAZMAT and safely dispose of HAZMAT within applicable regulations. Responsible for training drivers on operator level PMCS on all maintenance significant items and operating wheeled vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways in support of HRH operations.. The Driver will train vehicle self-recovery and field expedients to include towing vehicles Licensed on Army equipment and previously or currently qualified as Army Master Driver or equivalent At least 11 years of related experience.
