The Production Supervisor position reports directly to the Operations Manager. The position is located at the Minneapolis-Ridgway facility and supervises unionized, hourly employees on 2nd shift. This is a 2nd shift position with core hours from 2:00 PM-10:30 PM. Assigned shift will be after initial training period of up to 2 months, which will take place during 1st shifts. Responsibilities:
