We are seeking a Marketing Communication Supervisor to join our team either in metro Atlanta, GA or metro Charlotte, NC to support our Latin American Market!!!



The regional Latin America Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for the marketing communication activities which include preparing and executing the marketing strategy for regional new product launch activities, tradeshows, advertising, PR, lead generation, brand awareness and regional sales support. This position will be accountable for the marketing effectiveness (ROI) of all Marketing Communication activities. The regional Marketing Communication Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining Honeywell brand standards when executing these duties. The individual will work with the regional Channel Marketing Leader to develop and manage the regional Marketing Communication budget. Honeywell is a matrix organization and the regional Marketing Communication Specialist will report to the Americas Marketing Communication Leader as their functional manager and the regional channel marketing director as their business leader.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



• New Product Launch planning, execution and post-launch measurement

o Will work in conjunction with the regional channel product specialists and regional marketing leader to create regional product launch plans and activities

o Will ensure post-launch activities are effective by preparing and reviewing metrics from marketing campaigns

• Maintain the integrity of the Honeywell corporate branding standards in region

• Ensure and oversee the execution of promotions, direct marketing and sales support activities for region

• Prepare advertising strategy for the region which will result in promoting the brand, new product launch and drive growth

• Responsible for regional tradeshow strategy

• Work with global creative services team to leverage corporate marketing materials in region, and coordinate translation of those materials, or creation of specific regional materials by local team in Brazil

• Ensure the utilization of CRM in all marketing activities, which includes the development of CRM dashboards for a summary of regional activities

• Create and execute the regional public relations strategy, including the creation of regional case studies and local interviews with publications

• Prepare regional "anatomy of a win" summaries for sales

• Work with corporate training & events manager to prepare materials for end-user and PAC events

• Create and manage lead generation strategy, including marketing effectiveness metrics

• Operate within and manage the regional marcom budget

• In-house development of presentations and templates consistent with corporate standards for regional presentations (QBR's, sales presentations)

• Will manage two direct reports: LA graphic designer and LA marketing specialist


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 years experience in Marketing Communication, Channel Marketing, and/or Direct Marketing preferably in a Business-to-Business technology environment

  • Valid US Passport

  • Must be fluent in Spanish in written and verbal communications.

• Analytical with the proven ability to measure (ROI) and evaluate marketing activities.

•Planning and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Master's Degree

• Excellent PPT skills

• Project management skills

• Team player with ability to work in virtual teams in a fast-paced environment

• Experience from the IT industry is preferred

• Travel: 10% domestic and International
