We are seeking a Machine Operator for our Northford, CT facility.

 

 Job Duties:


  • Machine start up, setup and changeovers: loading programs, selecting components and loading onto correct feeders, application consistency of solder paste and maintenance of screen printer.

  • Select computer program and print placement sheet. Verify component orientation with BOM (Bill of Materials), setup sheet and engineering placement sheet.

  • Follow Prioritized running order specified by Kanban cards.

  • Continually keep feeders loaded and have back up feeders prepared to be placed on the machine.

  • Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Follow all safety rules and practices.

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Additional Qualifications:


  • Written and verbal communication skill, and be able to read spec. and prints.

  • Basic PC skills.

  • Basic Mechanical or Electronic Assembly preferred.
