Job Description: 
The Sales Executive 1 - AT&T Connected Communities (ACC) is a field sales position responsible for acquiring new business and managing long term relationships with multifamily property owners and management companies, condominium Homeowners Associations and single family builders and developers that have a local, regional or national presence.

The position involves analyzing the market and understanding key competitive factors, and identifying, targeting and qualifying profitable sales opportunities, and negotiating complex long term contracts with the appropriate executive level decision makers.

The primary focus of this position is acquiring long term agreements for either the marketing or bulk delivery of AT&T's U-verse video, Internet and voice services. And subsequently ensuring all signed contracts achieve ARPU and ROI metrics via continually increasing recurring revenue and subscription of AT&T products and services to consumers residing at contracted ACC properties.

Additional Responsibilities:


The ACC Sales Executive develops collaborative partnerships with external and internal groups at AT&T including ICB Pricing, Network, Engineering, Product/Marketing to develop and implement custom solutions, services and programs for targeted/assigned accounts.

Has strong executive positioning skills, and acts as a single point of contact for addressing the client's corporate and operational needs and concerns, and identifies and leverages the appropriate internal resources to find solutions.

Candidate must have strong computer skills and ability to utilize numerous internal systems including databases, lead generation, service availability, contract and pricing systems.

Ultimately responsible for ensuring that customer's needs are met and customers are satisfied with AT&T.



Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of business to business sales experience with mid/large, complex accounts

  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations

  • Strong multi-tasker, with excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to handle difficult interactions and successfully overcome objections

  • Works well in a fast paced, matrixed enviroment

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
