Position must be filled in Minneapolis, MN - on site support required for client. The Client Executive is required to possess strong relationship skills, exhibit functional or technical knowledge relative to ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Messaging, or custom applications and have experience in software related project management, client management, or outsource application service delivery. In addition, the position requires contract management experience with cost management responsibility. The resource will manage one to multiple clients with direct ownership over each account. This position has overall responsibility for assigned clients, including: · Management of clients business and contracts within AT&T Hosting and Application Services · Act as client advocate by ensuring we are delivering contracted services and driving additional value through our outsourcing offerings · Support and plan around clients evolving software business needs · Participate and act as AT&T's lead in the client's PMO (Project Management Office) · Drive client satisfaction and maintain reference of accounts · Maintain and grow revenue through facilitation and participation in sales cycles that relate to renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities. · Manage profitability of assigned accounts · Manage and develop client relationships · Manage and develop internal relationships · Maximize use of internal AT&T resources to deliver high quality services Supervisory: NO Required Qualifications:
