Primary focus is performance triage of the installed Radio Access Network (RAN) through analysis of performance measurements (KPI's) of RAN network elements and other data sources at various levels, to identify and investigate performance degradations, while prioritizing based on customer impact. Responsibilities include conducting daily reviews of top offenders, national and market reports, use of national and market specific performance analysis tools, initial triage of performance degradations, creation and tracking of CTS trouble tickets, and end to end issue tracking. This position requires the ability and aptitude to work and communicate effectively with many people in different departments. This is an entry-level to intermediate-level engineering position. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred Minimum 2 years experience in wireless or similar industry.
