We are hiring a SIOP Analyst for our Fort Mill, SC facility.  The SIOP Analyst will create, deploy, and maintain the reports and tools that support the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operators, and Planning) process for HSM. This person will be responsible for standardizing consistent reports and tools to be used by leadership to effectively manage the business.



Job Duties:


  • Standardize reporting of metrics for Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and the SIOP process.

  • Develop tools to assist both demand and supply planning.

  • Development of reporting dashboards using business intelligence tools and/or Microsoft Excel.

  • Ownership of the SIOP reporting materials.

  • Functional expert for SAP APO module.

  • Root cause analysis to determine the issues that drive the metrics.

  • Run ad hoc reports as required to support the business.

Basic Qualifications:





  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, information technology, or other related degree.


Additional Qualifications:





  • Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools preferred.

  • Ability to interpret data into meaningful information and assessments.

  • High level of collaboration with internal customers.

  • Strong organizational skills in order to efficiently multi-task and prioritize.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
