We are hiring a SIOP Program Manager (Sales, Inventory, Operators, and Planning) for our Fort Mill, SC facility.  The SIOP Program Manager will effectively manage the phase-in/phase-out of products to manage and control end of life inventory, as well as, ensure successful operational execution of new product introductions.



Job duties:


  • Participation on all new product introduction teams representing Integrated Supply Chain. (ISC)

  • Ensure successful product launches within each region in HSM.

  • Coordinate with supply planning to ensure regional inventory levels are adequately set at launch.

  • Develop recommendations for forecasts for new products and end of life inventory.

  • Develop a process to effectively manage end of life and other slow moving inventory.


 
Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree.


Additional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations, or other related degree.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Experience using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

  • Project management certification preferred.

  • Ability to interpret data into meaningful information and assessments.

  • High level of collaboration with internal customers.

  • Strong organizational skills in order to efficiently multi-task and prioritize.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
