Honeywell Scanning & Mobility (HSM) is a strategic business unit within Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). HSM is a leading manufacturer of high-performance image- and laser-based data collection hardware, including rugged mobile computers and bar code scanners. HSM is searching for a strong Human Resources (HR) Manager in Fort Mill, South Carolina to provide HR support to its business leadership team.
Position Summary:
• Provides HR support to HSM functional leaders and participate as a member of the team in setting business and human resource strategies
• Anticipates human resource needs based on business strategies and internal and external environmental and competitive factors
• Provides HR leadership to strategic initiatives of business growth and performance
• Leads the Management Resource Review (MRR) process for client groups and ensures appropriate structures and individual development actions are in place across the organization
• Drives organizational effectiveness strategies and activities
• Facilitates key HR processes with clients such as staffing, performance management, compensation, positive employee relations, and organizational development
• Leads HR aspects of restructuring and integration activities
• Provides organizational development support to Honeywell Operating System implementations
• Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure appropriate support for the business
• Partners with peers to ensure that a unified HR strategy is delivered to HSM employees
• Fosters positive working relationship with employees
Qualified candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in HR related disciplines
• Bachelor's in Business, Human Resources, Employment Relations, Organizational Development or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated background in the formulation and execution of HR strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business, organizational development or HR related field
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines and practices.
• Coaching and consulting skills and facilitation.
• Ability to work in a cross functional, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated organizational design experience
• Acquisition integration or restructuring experience.
