Seeking a TS/SCI cleared individual to provide operational, architectural and facilities engineering support necessary in the design, planning and execution of construction, build out, and occupancy of secure operational facilities. The individual will provide requirements analysis, planning, design intent development, stakeholder representation, and acquisition/implementation oversight. The individual will work closely with the DHS and GSA facilities teams to ensure all facilities functions are managed consistently.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate will have minimum four years of college and two years experience or a total of six years experience in facilities management, developing zoning plans, planning open/closed spaces, individual spaces and special use spaces in support of detailed design intent efforts. The individual will have experience in the proper handling, safeguarding and destroying of classified, sensitive and unclassified information. The individual must possess a Top Secret SCI clearance.
