Provides IT support to Space Analysis Support squadron. Individual must be prepared to work with various space systems to design, develop, test and deploy web based applications using Java, PHP and HTML. Employee will build database solutions for data delivery over the web using XML and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). Candidate will coordinate regularly with Government Technical Leads to ensure requirements are being met. Must be innovative thinker and problem solver. Candidate needs to be available full-time and able work with minimal supervision. Personnel Qualifications: 2-5 years web application/web based software development experience. Needs experience in the following technologies/languages: PHP, XML, SQL, RSS, HTML, Web Services, SOAP, and AJAX. Recommended, but not mandatory Oracle 10g, Oracle WebLogic Application Server. Experience with web portal development a plus. Candidate must have active Top Secret clearance.
