Job Description:

A member of our Technical Services Division, located in Troy, MI, has an opportunity for a Logistics & Emergency Operations Director to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

Work as a member of a Northrop Grumman TS team supporting the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) program. We are seeking a highly motivated person to serve as the MRAP Logistics & Emergency Operations Director to review field support requirements and recommend tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• B.A. in related field required
• Requires no less than 12-15 years of management experience in a directly related field
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience using PowerPoint, MS Word, & Excel
• Excellent and well founded, written and oral communication skills are absolutely essential
• Must demonstrate team-oriented mindset with ability to encourage and motivate co-workers

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current and active U.S. Secret level security clearance to be selected . Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.




Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Previous supply maintenance or transportation experience is a major plus
