Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise for the lifecycle of systems to include concept development, system requirements and design, systems analysis, baseline management, architecture development, system specifications, product evaluations, feasibility analysis, transition planning, future expansion and technology refresh for a new contract in Georgetown. In addition, the candidate will manage a small team of developers, system engineers and system administrators. Project management experience with preparing schedules, coordinating deliverables including CDRLs, preparing weekly and monthly reports as well as managing contract budgets is required. Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or other technical discipline with at least 10 years related systems engineering experience with Intelligence Community missions and systems to include familiarity with security requirements and the C&A process. · At least 3 years experience with project management activities including scheduling and budgeting as well supervision of employees. · US Citizenship and an ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
