The Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc's Director - Program Management Office, Charleston, South Carolina requires the services of a Program Manager on a full time basis to support the HTSI Space and Naval Warfare Business Account. Initial tasking will focus on the development of the Information Assurance and Cyber Security opportunities. The Program Manager will perform the following Tasks: Performs assessment of the market place, competition, legal environment, technological environment and formulates recommendations for long and short-range business strategies. Identifies the risks and costs of current and/or new business opportunities and strategies. Collects, interprets and evaluates data used to develop strategic plans designed to retain existing business and to identify and capture new opportunities. Leads capture teams to develop creative, win and pricing strategies to improve competitive posture and to retain existing business or capture new business opportunities. Assesses HTSI's capabilities/strengths/weakness and competitive posture to assist in the development of long and short-range business plans and marketing strategies that address changing market and competitive conditions Partners with the proposal staff to ensure implementation of strategies and optimal business leverage. Supports business development through researching, analyzing and interpreting information (i.e., competitive analysis, industry analysis, etc.), and making recommendations in order to secure business opportunities. Investigates possible acquisitions and makes recommendations based on analysis. Partners with Directors and Program Manager(s) to create strategies that ensure successful continuance of current HTSI business. Represents HTSI as directed in "Across Honeywell" business opportunities Participates in Industry and Trade Associations to keep abreast of competition, opportunities and related information. Teams with the Director - Charleston PMO to develop and execute the HTSI U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Command Account Plan. Creates and delivers briefs and formal presentations to include but not limited to: Strategic and Tactical Action Plans, Field Operating Reviews, Competitive Campaign Playbooks, and Business Acquisition Process reviews. Develops and Implements customer contact and communication plans in support of HTSI business pursuits. Conducts Strategic Voice of the Customer visits with HTSI customers and implements Plans of Action and Milestones to address findings. Manages operational teams as required during transitional phases of business development Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field plus 10 years experience with experience in the Navy SPAWAR community. In lieu of formal education, 18 years of progressive related experience in the DoD environment and experience in the Navy SPAWAR community. 10 years or greater of direct supervisor and management experience in C2 Systems, including design, project management experience to include financial management, staffing, contract compliance, deliverables and client relations. Ø Previous experience as a senior business leader in the Information Assurance and Information Technology environments. Ø Experience as a strategic business developer including STRAP creation and implementation, new venture start-ups and account management Current Top Secret clearance.
